Every trike is delivered with a full tank of Pertamax and must be returned full. Returned without a full tank? That’s a $10 handling fee plus fuel at the prevailing Pertamina rate.

Replacement charges may apply to your card at full retail value: Smart key/keyless $55, Mechanical key $35, Wallet/key pouch $35, Helmet $24.95, Medical kit $14.95, Phone holder + charger $14.95, Licence plate (each) $24.95, Trunk & side box keys (each) $10, Body damage: quote required.

You’re responsible for any fines relating to speeding, riding without a helmet, running red lights or other traffic and speed-camera violations. If an official fine is received, we’ll forward it and add the amount to your bill. Your trike carries its original STNK registration and tax documents — keep these with you while riding. A lost STNK carries a $10 replacement fee.

If an accident is deemed your fault and leaves the bike unroadworthy, the rental may end immediately with no rental refund, and repair costs will be assessed and communicated to you. This includes tyre damage, police fines and traffic violations, towing/storage/impound/release fees, and any costs from confiscation, impoundment or detainment due to your actions.

Cancelling before or during your rental period doesn’t come with a refund — but you may be able to transfer your reservation to someone else or freeze it for later. Message our team and we’ll talk through what works for you.

A phone holder is provided for convenience, used entirely at your own risk. Please make sure your phone is securely mounted — we’re not responsible for any damage while it’s in the holder.

Trikes must stay on the island of Bali and off sand or off-road terrain. You’re responsible for your own conduct and compliance with Indonesian law. We recommend appropriate travel and medical insurance for your trip. We’re not liable for events beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a dispute, the English-language terms prevail.
